Jadoo is a one-of-a-kind travel platform designed to inspire and simplify travel planning. Its mission is to help users discover unforgettable destinations, plan seamless trips, and create lifelong memories with ease.
Challenge
Planning a trip can be overwhelming. From finding the right destinations to managing bookings and itineraries, travelers often face a fragmented and stressful experience. Many travel platforms are cluttered, confusing, and fail to provide personalized recommendations, leaving users frustrated and unsure of where to start.
Results
Jadoo redefines travel planning by offering a centralized platform where users can explore destinations, book flights and accommodations, and create detailed itineraries—all in one place. With intuitive tools, personalized recommendations, and real-time updates, the platform ensures a seamless and enjoyable experience from start to finish. Whether it’s a weekend getaway or a dream vacation, Jadoo empowers travelers to focus on the journey, not the hassle.
Process
Research & Analysis: We conducted user interviews, surveys, and analyzed in-app analytics to understand the pain points and user needs. We also studied competitor apps and industry trends to gather insights
Information Architecture: Based on the research findings, we restructured the app's navigation and content, prioritizing features and information according to user needs.
Wireframing & Prototyping: We designed low-fidelity wireframes to visualize the new layout and navigation, iteratively refining them based on user feedback. Afterward, we built a high-fidelity, interactive prototype to test the design.
Usability Testing: We conducted usability tests with a diverse group of users to validate the design and identify areas for improvement. Based on the feedback, we made necessary adjustments to the design.
Visual Design & Style Guide: We developed a cohesive visual language, including color schemes, typography, and iconography, ensuring consistency throughout the app. We also created a style guide to maintain design consistency in future updates.

Conclusion
Revamping the e-commerce website proved to be a game-changer in enhancing user experience and driving sales.
